If the price was right, I could be tempted by this. Sprint seems to be the only carrier that is somewhat customer-friendly anymore in terms of their plans.
Of course, they only are because as the distant third place player, they have to be.
This could be VERY tempting for me, especially because in October I am not eligible for an upgrade with AT&T
