I have to give Burberry major social media props for tapping Mike Kus, a local Graph/Web Designer with over 123K people following him personally on Instagram to run the brand’s Instagram feed during their S/S 2012 show for London Fashion Week.  

They had Christopher Bailey write a handwritten note introducing Mike on the Burberry feed (which currently has 88K+ followers) and then Mike posted a beautifully branded image on his own feed introducing the program to his massive following.  

It’s an elegant way to bring more exposure to their platform while providing a professional point of view to the show. So well done, props to Musa Tariq and the brilliant social team at Burberry UK. 

I LOVE THIS!!!!!  The fashion industry takes itself SO seriously, it’s nice to see Lanvin gets that “viral” actually means “FUNNY”.
